The Apprentice Version

This variant is all based around the Apprentice and is hilarious although don’t tell everyone in advance exactly what we are planning – works best as a surprise and for that reason I am not going to tell you too much about how we do it either but from the set up, cast of characters and props you should be able to get the general idea. Whilst the main part of the Lesson (see below) is the same as for Party Groups the start and end are very different

Teams: Two need to be approx equally sized Min team size (4 max 10)

Cocktail Trainers: Two one called “Nick” one called “Martha” (although are ones are in white tie /30s evening dress and … a tad younger

Head Cocktail Trainer. One called “Sir Alan”

Laminated Cards: You’re Fired cards with Sir Alan’s most withering putdowns with chains to put around your neck and two You’re Hired cards one for each Team. Individual scoring cards from 0-5 with comments ranging from “More Team Fool than Leader” to “Sexy beast who makes a mean cocktail” with a lot in between.

Soundracks and Video clips : Various including Alan intro and his most brutal firings and asides to Martha and Nick (plus some of theirs too).

Other: Dunces hats and Winner hats.

However even for the winners there may be a further test we have up our sleeve. It is a nice touch be the way for the winners to be presented with a bottle of champagne (to share £40 /£20 cava)

We can customize this to your requirements too including adding your own soundtrack /bites (extra charge for this).

The basic 3 Cocktails Per Person One hour Cocktail Lesson £19 per person

Cocktail Lessons sound too much like hard work – not the way we do it!   Our lessons are all about fun with a bit of competition thrown in too .  We put you behind the bar and whilst we show you  how to make cocktails  we  much more importantly how to do so in a sexy sophisticated way with flair and panache.  Oh plus you all get to drink whatever you make too.

What cocktails you ask – well that is upto you but we find mojitos, caipirinha, long island iced teas, brambles, cosmopolitan’s and sex on the beach are the most popular. They are all double 50cl spirit measures too although we can also teach /make “virgin” alternatives too

We also teach you juggling (subject to your coordination and sobriety)  as well as various flirting  combinations, techniques and tricks.  In the corporate version we are going to continually score you on execution, style, presentation, upselling and dealing with a very very very awkward not to mention rude group of customers. You can expect some pretty sarcastic comments as in “I said shake it not stroke it” or “your customer just died she was waiting so long for her drink”

You will be taught by our most charismatic  mixologists who will be all dressed up in white tie and more than willing to show you all the tricks of the trade.  Remember great cocktail making is as much about attitude and presentation as it is about mixology. This is cocktail making burlesque cabaret style

And to cap it all off we and your friends score you with special cards we give you with comments ranging from “null points” to “great execution pity about the lack of flair” with a lot in between.

Everyone who completes the course gets a special Peacock Cocktail Award of Merit certificate too

The mega 5 Cocktails Per Person Two hour Cocktail Lesson £30 per person

The two hour course is more structured and and to break things up we also teach table service burlesque cabaret style  We are also going to see how good you are serving and in particular at  upselling and ……… dealing  with a very very very awkward not to mention rude set of customers. Think it is easy to serve a group of demanding customers well lets see how well you do serving the opposing team! (supervised by our mixologists by the way)

We also do advise a break to eat in the middle!
