SAN JOSE, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Cybernet-SlashSupport (CSS), a global technology solutions provider and Gallop Technologies Inc (Gallop), a leading US based IT solutions and services provider today announced a strategic partnership focused on delivering world-class Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V) services for migrating HP WinRunner customers to the QuickTest Professional (QTP) Platform.

HP Software has recently announced the End of Support for WinRunner and has chosen Gallop as their exclusive partner for providing migration services from WinRunner to QTP based on the WinQuick platform. http://hpbroadband.com/(S(ztg5w2eeiiabef45ukcwdkab))/webcastportal /files/16021-1-WR_EOS_Announcement.pdf (Due to its length, this URL may need to be copied/pasted into your Internet browser’s address field. Gallop has introduced WinQuick – a comprehensive WinRunner to QTP migration platform. WinQuick is the only HP R&D validated and approved automated migration solution to convert WinRunner assets to QTP. Under the terms of this agreement, CSS will become Gallop’s exclusive implementation partner for providing migration services to customers using the WinQuick platform.

WinQuick (http://www.win-quick.com) provides a fast, high quality, cost effective solution for automatically converting and re-architecting WinRunner code base to QTP. WinQuick delivers clean and maintainable code that uses structures, idioms, libraries, conventions and components of the target QTP environment. The migrated code does not have any dependency on TSL and is native to the target environment. CSS will bring in the process excellence, implementation methodologies and technical expertise gained over the years working with Fortune 1000 customers to ensure that migration happens without causing business disruption or downtime.

WinQuick has been implemented at several large clients and is proven to work with some of the most complex WinRunner frameworks. Typical engagements are completed in a few weeks and at 1/4th the cost as compared to manual migration.

“We have established a strong presence globally as an Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V) solution provider over the last decade. We understand the complexities involved in a test platform migration process and the adverse impact it can have on regular business for customers,” said Shiva Ramani, Co-Founder and CEO, CSS. “We are excited about our partnership with Gallop. This partnership will provide significant value-add and cost savings to customers embarking on migration and further help us expand our footprint into the testing services marketplace.”

Manohar Reddy, CEO, Gallop Technologies said, “Gallop has established itself as a provider of innovative Information Technology services. After a thorough search process, we chose Cybernet-SlashSupport (CSS) as our partner due to their deep capabilities and investments in the testing space. CSS will be our strategic implementation partner globally for our test migration tool – WinQuick, the only HP R&D validated automated migration solution in the world. “
