SAMS Fabrications’ first stage of expansion includes the purchase of a CNC punch, powered section rollers, CNC 6 Axis Press Brake and Edwards Pearson 100Tx4000. It also included occupying the second industrial unit, which doubles the workshop and the office space. The second stage of expansion is still in progress and involves enhanced investment in CNC machinery and introduction of the new purpose built premises.
The company currently has a 6000 sq ft facility, which houses the latest equipment and technologies. Some cutting-edge equipment at the facility include 4 mtr x 100 T CNC Press Break 15 turret CNC punch with the latest Radan software, Harrison Lathe, bead blasting facilities, Jones and Shipman Surface Grinder and a Large Capacity Fly Press.
With the planned expansion, SAMS will further its delivery of professional, friendly services to a wider audience. Besides, their ability to offer customized solutions will also increase (SAMS already offers well beyond the standard range of products).
