MyBereavement.net offers you a personal profile where you can tell other users about yourself, as well as a section where you can tell them about the ones you lost.

Cento, Ferrara, April 24, 2009 — MyBereavement.net is a new social networking platform for those who have tried to lose a loved one, and want to connect with people who knows what you are going through. The site allows you to share your thoughts on bereavement, loss and the grief of losing someone close to you.

The loss of a loved one is always a devastating experience, and it often leaves us with a painful feeling of never being able to cope with empty space the death of the loved one has left. Often we do not allow ourselves to mourn for our loss, and we find it hard to express our feelings to friends and family. We all know that with life comes death, but that does not mean it’s easy to accept death as a part of life, but we have to acknowledge, that in order to get on with our lives and accept the loss, we have to go through a bereavement process.

We all deal with death in different ways depending on our character, upbringing, culture and religion. Most people find it very helpful to talk about the loss, in order to come to terms with the fact that we are never going to see the loved one again. Talking about the person you lost gives you a feeling that although he or she may no longer be among us physically, their memory will live on in our minds and hearts.

We created MyBereavement.net for those who want to express thoughts about their personal loss, and help other people overcome this difficult period in life. Talking to people who have already dealth with this difficult situation can help you understand how to deal with the grief and the pain.

MyBereavement.net offers you a personal profile where you can tell other users about yourself, as well as a section where you can tell them about the ones you lost. The platform allows you to connect with other users through friendship requests, commenting and private messaging. You will also get a free blog where you can talk about your loss and share experiences.

Another important feature is the group area. You can create groups, where you can invite friends and family to talk or discuss about issues. These groups allow you to start discussions based on the group theme.

Each user can create 10 photo albums. This is a great way to honor the loved one.

We also offer a general bevreavement and grief forum platform where all registered users can participate with questions, answers and thoughts. The Forum area is divided into sub groups: Bereavement and Grief, Loss of a Child, Loss of a Spouse, Loss of a Partner, Loss of a Sibling, Loss of a Parent, Loss of a Relative, Loss of a Friend and Loss of a Pet.

The site is free for all, and by signing up you will have a chance to win the book Dying, Death, and Bereavement: A Challenge for Living by Inge Corless. http://www.MyBereavement.net
