School of Management Sciences, Varanasi, and Centre for Spiritualism and Human Enrichment(C-SHE), in association with California State University, San Bernardino, USA, are organizing an international conference on “Spiritual Paradigm for Surmounting Global Management Crisis” on 24th, 25th & 26th February, 2012 at its Khushipur Campus.
Aim of the Conference
Interest in spirituality has grown among scholars, practitioners, and professionals and has become a subject of serious discussion. A theme emerging the world over is that of spirituality as a paradigm to surmount the management crisis faced globally across the leadership, organizations, and the professional disciplines. Perhaps it is time to respectfully learn from Spirituality. Through this conference we attempt to create more sustainable paradigms of management by respectfully integrating the ideas from spirituality to the existing management framework. This International conference is being organized to provide a common platform to discuss, exchange, and present the ideas, thoughts, and research work on the theme of the Conference “Spiritual Paradigm for Surmounting Global Management Crisis”.
