Alcohol increases hyperactivity of the nervous system as does sugar and caffeine raises your heart rate, which creates an emotional imbalance in your body that leads to anxiety attacks.

Furthermore, an anxiety attack can occur if a person worries enough that an anxiety attack will come again. So through thinking about anxiety attacks, you can cause an anxiety attack.

These causes of anxiety attacks are important to keep in mind in case one ever occurs to you. Knowledge is the key to getting past anxiety attacks. And always remember, there is always hope to get past anxiety attacks.
