TEP & TEPE Announces Final Round Admission Submission

The “Twinning Engineering Programmes” (TEP) & “Thammasat English Programme of Engineering” (TEPE), Thammasat University (TU), Rangsit Campus, announces the seventh round submission period for admission, which will be opened from April 19 through May 14, 2008 and the interview session is scheduled on May 15, 2008 with larger number of students expected to apply following the national-level admission results.

Assistant Professor Dr. Thira Jearsiripongkul, Director of TEP & TEPE project remarked that since the offer of the academic year 2008’s submission for admission in November last year, the project has received huge response from students who wish to pursue an international programme in engineering. This is an opening opportunity to gain extensive academic achievements and experiences, because we have cooperated with several educational institutes respected for excellent academic programs and engineering researches around the world.

“The TEP & TEPE project is offering the academic year 2008’s final round submission period for admission, which will be started from April 19 through May 14, 2008 and the interview session is scheduled on May 15, 2008. We expect to receive even larger number of submissions following the national-level admission result, because students will have better confident and clearer decision in which field they wish to pursue. The Twinning Engineering Programmes (TEP) is Thailand’s first academic curriculum that offers two bachelor degrees from Thammasat University and the host university which students chosen to pursue between the University of Nottingham in England and the University of New South Wales in Australia. Both the educational institutions have an international reputation of excellent engineering curriculum and researches. The Thammasat English Programme of Engineering (TEPE) is a four-year engineering course of the Faculty of Engineering, Thammasat University, Rangsit Campus, that all classes are conducted in English. Students under the program also have the opportunity to take training session at leading companies oversea as well as the opportunity to pursue the engineering degree at leading international education institutions through student exchange programs.
