Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children (TSRHC) is proud to announce the recent election of Sharon Ellis as vice president and chief financial officer. Ellis will oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensuring the hospital continues its mission of providing the highest quality care for Texas children with orthopedic conditions, certain related neurological disorders and learning disorders, such as dyslexia at no charge to patient families.
“We are proud that the hospital has grown to a level that we now have teaching programs for physicians, nurses and other pediatric orthopedic healthcare specialists; research programs; and programs developing medical devices that touch the lives of children around the world,” said J. C. Montgomery, Jr., president of Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children. “With Sharon’s impressive background, she will keep us financially sound so we can continue this great work.”
Ellis has been active in corporate finance and banking for more than 20 years.
