JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa has taken this trend very seriously and introduces the Personal Planning Center, providing enhanced guest service through proactive planning. Guests have the ability to finalize their plans prior to arriving, working with the in-house concierge team to fashion their perfect Las Vegas stay. Once on-site, guests already have that all-important rapport with the Personal Planning team members and can arrange last minute details or make changes to their schedules along with adding a travel compliment such as a special dinner or unique tour.

The Personal Planning staff takes the guess-work out of arranging a visit to Las Vegas, allowing guests to unwind and enjoy their stay to the fullest. The experienced and resourceful staff personalizes each itinerary starting with transfer arrangements to and from the airport, coordinating golf, spa visits, shopping, shows, outdoor adventures, tours, dining, transportation and more. The team works with each guest to customize itineraries and create a truly memorable experience.

Golf –The Executive Golf Desk, where golf specialists reserve priority rounds on 11 of Las Vegas’s outstanding courses that surround the property, coordinates and handles all details for the individual golfer. In addition, the Executive Golf Desk organizes golf tournaments, including contest holes, club handling and transportation to and from the course for up to 144 players per course for group guests.

Offsite Activities – The Personal Planning team arranges for tickets to the best shows and attractions in Las Vegas. From Cirque du Soleil shows to Hoover Dam excursions or sunset helicopter tours, the team provides information to help make the best vacation decisions. Suggestions and reservations for restaurants, both on property and off property venues, can be arranged as well.

For group business, the team coordinates many offsite activities from arranging show tickets and private group dinners to setting up ATV or horseback riding tours. Having experienced these attractions first-hand, the team provides the right information in order to ensure a successful event.

Business Services – From faxing and photocopying to printing a boarding pass, the Personal Planning team assists with all business center needs.

For guests who prefer coordinating travel plans online, Marriott’s virtual concierge is the answer. Guests planning a stay at the resort can customize their experiences by ordering ahead for room service, making dinner reservations and arranging for car service, ordering a roll-away bed or requesting connecting rooms. Guests are provided access to the virtual concierge site once a room reservation has been made.
