Web 3 Retail Rebrands Ideal Home Store to The Beds And Furniture Store

The Fleet based internet retailer established in June 2007 has continually strived to become one of the fastest growing online retailers, offering a wide choice of products to its ever growing customer base.

Managing Director Nigel Moss said, ?We have used our combined years of knowledge and IT skills to grow a solid technological based business, which was built on the principle of providing customer service that was second to none. Judging by the overwhelming amount of positive customer reviews that we receive daily, I believe we have achieved that – however we are not complacent and are always looking at ways to improve further?.

A large part of the business is now dedicated to beds and furniture sales as these are traditionally big ticket items, and Web 3 Retail now owns three online stores dedicated to this particular section of the market. Each of these was developed to attract a specific customer looking for specific products or services, whether they wish to pay by debit or credit card or by applying for finance, with the whole process available to be completed with ease online.

More recently Web 3 chose to rebrand one of their stores to ?The Beds & Furniture Store?. The whole task has been project managed by fellow Director Jonathan Kettle, who said ?For online retailers it is all about what our customers search for, we wanted to reflect his more in the name of the store. It has been a difficult phase transitioning this over in the last few months, but we thought it was best to make the changes during the summer months prior to business picking up again in late August?.

Web 3 Retail are continuing to grow and develop through what are clearly tough economic times, and the new brand should certainly help them continue to do so. Nigel added ?In our opinion we have rebranded at the right time, if there is such a thing for any business. Any change like this can cause major issues if not managed correctly, and only time will prove us right or wrong?.
