User Members shall ensure that pre shipment inspection activities are conducted in a transparent manner. Two types of Contracts are available for mandatory pre shipment inspection agency which according to the purpose for which the services of PSI companies are employed. PSI companies’ contracts are foreign exchange contracts (forex) and customs contracts. Foreign Exchange Contracts is usually employed to designate contracts whose basic objective (and that of the government requiring them) is to prevent the flight of capital through over-invoicing.
