As Skala explained, “The GenieMessenger, which is automatically available at no charge with GenieVOX, gives companies a way to accept messages from anyone, anywhere, worldwide, by including the GenieMessenger icon in their emails or web pages.  A company might set up a GenieVOX and GenieMessenger to get product trouble reports from customers, and funnel those reports to a central email address.
