Some customers are more comfortable talking to people than working with a computer, so for them, the new website clearing displays the phone number for the Customer Assistance Center. Some customers are more comfortable working with a computer than conversing with people, so the site provides multiple links to access the corporate scheduling system used by the Customer Assistance Center.
