Robb trains in Netanya Israel with the Israeli Krav Maga Association under Grand Master Haim Gidon. Mr. Hamic also trains people, military and law enforcement on the principals of operational Israeli Krav Maga and Israeli Combat Shooting™. Krav Maga was created by Imi Lichtenfeld and is the only fighting system used by the Israeli Defense Forces, most US Federal Agencies, many local police agencies and hundreds of thousands of people across the world. The popularity of Krav Maga has grown world-wide despite the large amount of untrained or unauthentic instructors delivering training in the market.
“Krav Maga is Israeli not American” says Yigal Abriv, 4th Dan Black Belt and 22 year veteran of Krav Maga. If you want to be an instructor in Krav Maga you must come to Israel and learn from the source of the martial art, which was formed in 1948 upon Israeli statehood. “An instructor must fight and learn properly so you can bring this knowledge back to your students. Austin Texas is familiar with Krav Maga. Austin Police Department uses Krav Maga as its defensive tactics program for its officers. Robb Hamic has worked with the Department in its combatitives program and he gives advanced gun deployment training to the Department’s instructors. He is a veteran Law Enforcement and Military trainer. He travels internationally to deliver training to professionals.
