Online studies prove once again the strength of blogging

Business blogging, a form of cost effective internet marketing, has proven once again that it is the best internet marketing tool for businesses of all sizes.

According to numerous studies, business blogging has proven to be very effective in helping businesses of all sizes. Out of 1,531 businesses, 795 blogged and were able to achieve 55% more sales. This was because they were able to sell themselves through their words and bring clients to their stores.

Other advantages of blogging include getting 97% more inbound links and 434% more indexed pages. Both of these numbers come to prove the study which claims that active business blogs are able to attract 6.9 times more organic search traffic. Businesses that publish 2-3 blogs on a weekly basis also receive more referral traffic than those which don’t blog at all.

Business blogging is a growing field; whereas 2007 only had 16% of the U.S. companies blogging online, eMarketer, a renowned company that publishes internet market research and statistics, estimates that 43% of the U.S. companies will start or continue to use this tool in 2012. One of eMarketer’s senior analysts commented, “Companies in the U.S. have discovered that blogs can help companies fill a communication void which other social media still couldn’t overcome.”

Companies should start embracing blogging as it is a comprehensive tool which allows SEO and integration with social media. To learn more about how to blog in a profitable manner, please visit: http://www.christine.biz/
