Kidd is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design accredited professional with more than 11 years of experience in cross-functional property management. Her background reinforces the firm’s ongoing focus on enhancing service performance and meeting market needs.

As a property manager, Kidd will oversee commercial buildings and assist in development projects. Her LEED accreditation distinguishes her as a professional with the knowledge and skills to successfully steward the LEED certification process for new and existing developments. LEED accredited professionals have demonstrated a thorough understanding of green building practices and principles as well as the LEED rating system.
Kidd holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from State University of New York and a MBA from the University of Florida. She is also a member of the U.S. Green Building Council.
