A recent update to Capital School of English’s website has been the improvement of their Agent Zone, this part of the site has been set up to answer the specific needs of the school’s agents. This area provides additional useful information such as Agent Resources that comprises a gallery of school images specifically for the agents to use on their websites and collateral to help promote learning English with Capital School.
Other key areas deal with Advice for Students which provides the agent with a little more background on life in Bournemouth and the culture of the United Kingdom and what to expect from the people and the climate.
Agent News is to keep agents informed of any latest developments at the school and anything to do with the British Council and other official UK organisations. The school has also dedicated an area to UK Border Advice, as a Tier 4 Highly Trusted Status school it is important for the school’s agents to understand how the whole visa process works and what is expected of their students in order to come and study English at the school.
Looking after the Agents is Marion Holker who is the school’s longest serving employee, Marion’s long term involvement and knowledge of the school means that she is able to help the agents with many of their questions and provide them with additional resources from collateral and images to help promote the school. Marion has an added advantage as a German speaker as we often find with some of our younger students an understanding staff member with the ability to communicate in a familiar language can alleviate many fears, especially when beginning to learn English.
The Agent Zone will be developed further as the school grows to help re-enforce those bonds that have been established by personal visits and meetings at events around the world and help create the family atmosphere of the school.
