Independent artist Cendrine Marrouat introduces her fifth and latest collection of spiritual poetry.

Winnipeg, Canada, May 8, 2010 – Cendrine Marrouat introduces “Five Years and Counting. A Journey into the Mind of Soul Poetry,” her anticipated new poetry collection, a year after her last release.
Poetry reflects the evolution of the human mind. It resembles a stubborn child who insists on experiencing life the way he or she wants; the child then becomes an adult whose voice cannot be silenced. Poetry teases, questions and forces human beings to face their inmost fears. This is exactly what “Five Years and Counting” is about. In her book, Cendrine Marrouat has regrouped five years of poetry and arranged her pieces according to life’s most important stages: birth and childhood, teenage years, adulthood and elevation. This last stage represents man’s understanding and realization of the ultimate fulfilment in life.
