Charlotte graduated from Colorado State University with a B.F.A. in Graphic Design. She then worked as a Creative Director at Quark Inc. in Denver, CO. She managed an ever-evolving creative team of over 40 designers, writers, and producers to create and produce all of the company’s global marketing materials.

“Charlotte has the unique ability as Creative Director to think very strategically about how problems are solved,” says Karsh\Hagan Co-President Kathy Hagan Brown. “It’s about seeing the big picture, critically analyzing the brand and developing creative solutions that truly generate results for our clients.”
“I am honored to be here. Karsh\Hagan has thirty-two years of exceptional service and I am looking forward to helping our clients grow. We’re taking the long-term outlook with our service offerings and have some really interesting campaigns planned for our clients over the next few months. I am stepping into an amazing team and hope that my experience will add to the long-standing success of Karsh\Hagan,” says Isoline.
Charlotte will be in charge of creative strategy as well as managing the creative teams. In addition, she is on the executive management team and will guide the company forward alongside Pocky Marranzino, Kathy Hagan, and Keith Roberts.
