Charlotte, NC—The bestselling Chronicles of the Necromancer series by fantasy author Gail Z. Martin has sold ebook rights to Double Dragon Press for the first four books in the series. The series includes The Summoner, The Blood King, Dark Haven and Dark Lady’s Chosen.
The Summoner, the first title in the series, sold through four printings in the first year after its release and has returned for additional printings since then. It remained on the Book Sense bestseller list for over 12 weeks, pegged top spots on many other bestseller lists, and garnered high praise from reviewers and readers. The Blood King, book two in the series, followed The Summoner’s strong sales, making its own appearances on bestseller lists in the U.S. and U.K. Dark Haven, the third book in the series, debuted in early 2009, with Dark Lady’s Chosen due to be released in 2010.
