Church Financing Company – NJ Financial Services – helps Livingston, NJ construct new building to meet needs of growing congregation.

Livingston, NJ, June 12, 2009 — When Reverend Ronald DePasquale of Full Gospel needed church financing for a new multipurpose center, he turned to NJ Financial Services (NJFS), easily located at their new website -www.njfinancialservices.org.

“We really need more space for our children and youth. NJ Financial Services is helping us make that a reality,” said Reverend DePasquale.

“Once we identify a client’s need, we can move quickly to get their church construction project on track, unlike a number of other lending institutions affected by the credit crunch,” said Dave Dallenbach, Senior Loan Consultant, NJ Financial Services.

With the help of NJ Financial Services, Full Gospel is constructing a 12,000 square foot building connected by a walkway to their existing structure. The new center will have a main floor and full basement. Full Gospel expects to break ground on the project later this month. The building is scheduled for completion by the spring of 2010. The need for more space arose as Full Gospel began to run out of teaching rooms for their children and youth.

“We recognize that Full Gospel is part of a larger community in Livingston. To that end, we are here to support and help our neighbors and ensuring that this construction project goes smoothly is part of that commitment. Our vision has always been to train our youth to be better citizens and better Christians. So the church financing we are receiving from NJFS will help us to construct the building that will give us the space to continue training them,” explains Reverend DePasquale. One of those responsible for instructing the young people of Full Gospel is their youth pastor, Jamie Murray, who just returned from a year’s tour of duty in Iraq with the NJ National Guard.

Part of the Assemblies of God denomination, Reverend DePasquale has served as pastor of Full Gospel Church for the past three years. Located at 190 West Northfield Avenue, the church laid down its roots in Livingston in 1956. Since then, it has been known in the community as a church dedicated to bringing about the plans of God and to prayer.

NJFS offers a number of services to churches and ministries, including church refinancing. This is an option for churches that want to lower their interest rates. For those churches needing to add on to their facility, construct a new building or acquire property, NJFS also offers church construction loans, church financing and loans to purchase a new building or property.

The chief loan officer at NJFS, Dave Dallenbach was a successful Wall Street executive for more than 3 and 1/2 years with Merrill Lynch before joining NJFS in 1998.
