CNI Research Ltd. announces its entry into investment banking & financial corporate advisory services through strategic alliances
The first such tie-up announced with Mumbai based M/s Gateway Strategic Advisors
CNI Research Ltd., the BSE listed research house for companies in the small and mid cap segments, has announced its entry into investment banking and financial corporate advisory services. CNI Research has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it has entered into its first strategic alliance with M/s Gateway Strategic Advisors located at India’s financial capital Mumbai.
There is still a very big vacuum that exists when it comes to availability of the best financial services to the SME sector. This is hindering the overall growth of the country as SMEs are the backbone of India’s real consumption and growth theme. By and large 95% of the SME are deprived of quality services in this field as the majority of investment bankers are pre-occupied with the top large cap companies.
CNI Research will now be able to provide, through its partners, investment banking services, unique financial solutions, debt syndication, overseas funds raising, mergers and acquisitions advisory, private equity investment, inducting strategic JV partners and handling road shows etc. for and on behalf of SMEs.
