At a time when many companies are still cutting staff or at least freezing recruitment – despite the apparent end of the recession – Peterborough based Coloplast (www.coloplast.com) is paying existing employees to help it find more.
The company’s ‘Talent Search’ scheme is offering existing staff a bonus of £600 if they introduce someone to the company who takes up a job there, followed by a further £600 six months later when the new recruit has successfully completed their probation.

Coloplast is a leading supplier of wound, continence and stoma care medical appliances and due to expansion had to relocate its UK head office to modern new premises at Nene Hall on Peterborough Business Park. The new offices are three times larger than its previous premises to accommodate its growing staff, now numbering around 175 in the offices, 75 at the distribution centre in nearby Orton Southgate and a further 80-plus working in various locations around the country.
Current vacancies with the company include customer care, marketing and sales posts.
