Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association Announces New Real Estate Investing Coaching Program

The Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association, or CTREIA, is offering a coaching program for anyone interested buying and managing apartment buildings and multi-family homes. The program begins on Wednesday October 7th, 2009 in Meriden, CT, and runs for a period of 16 weeks.

The coaches for this program are all seasoned investors. This program will cover: how you can get involved in Real Estate almost instantly, marketing tools, where and how to find the best deals, cleaning your credit, evaluating properties, step by step process on how and where to buy, for sale by owners, writing contracts, managing apartment buildings, financing, HUD statements, the buying process step by step, proven negotiating tactics, time management and much more. This is a hands on program.

Our coaches are involved in hundreds of Real Estate transactions as buyers and sellers right here in Connecticut. You will learn how to bypass the learning curve. Unfailing accountability, with answers to your specific questions, you’ll learn by practicing successful investing and negotiating. Our coaches have: authored books such as the Connecticut Apartment Owners Manual, owned hundreds of properties and thousands of units, including residential rentals and commercial properties, acted as lobbyist representing Apartment Owners in Washington DC and in Hartford, Commissioner on the Zoning Board of Appeals, Commissioner on the Fair Rent Commission, conducted workshops and boot camps on how to buy, sell, and manage real estate.
