Participants will spend one to four weeks, honing their chosen skills, while experiencing hands-on teaching in gorgeous, outdoor class settings. Standard resort packages include vacations featuring Costa Rica Surf and Yoga as well as many other interests.
Packages also include recreational activities during weekends. Course participants may enjoy guided horseback riding to view private waterfalls, hiking to the local Montezuma Falls, zip line canopy tours, and a 4th week graduation, bonfire celebration. College students may even be able to receive college credit for Spanish Language courses. La Escuela Del Sol is pleased to announce the creation of a new yoga program. The classes are unique, providing instruction in a private yoga pavilion. Here, Yoga is communed in its most natural state. Students will be surrounded by a lush jungle environment with nature all around. Observant people may see white faced and howler monkeys, purple crabs, and gorgeous birds. Now, vacationers can enjoy mornings in Costa Rica with yoga sessions as well as evening sessions, from Monday to Friday.
As a participant in the Costa Rica Surf course, students will practice surfing two hours a day. At a beginner surf class, students will become accustomed to their board and learn balance basics, while navigating the smooth waters of Playa Grande beach. As skills improve, students will progress to more challenging locations and all with the guidance of experienced Costa Rica, Surf professionals.
