Cranfill Sumner & Hartzog Announces Three New Partners
RALEIGH, N.C. (April 28, 2010) — Cranfill Sumner & Hartzog LLP (www.cshlaw.com), a corporate and civil defense litigation firm, announces today that Jesse Blyth, Katherine Hilkey-Boyatt and Dawn Lane have been named partners of the firm.

Blyth, of the Wilmington, North Carolina office, has been practicing law with CSH for five years. He concentrates his practice in the defense of architects, engineers and contractors in construction litigation, as well as defending businesses in premises and product liability claims.
Hilkey-Boyatt and Lane practice law in the Raleigh office. For the past nine years, Hilkey-Boyatt has focused her practice on cases involving medical malpractice and professional negligence, as well as long-term care and nursing home defense.
Lane has been defending employers and insurance companies with CSH for more than eight years. Prior to joining CSH, she represented plaintiffs in workers’ compensation cases, personal injury matters and other civil litigation.
