Danbro Are Once Again Recognised For Excellent Staff Relations

Danbro, the specialist accountancy firm for contract and freelance workers, has again received a two star rating from the Best Companies organisation.
The Best Companies accreditation recognises businesses that demonstrate high levels of employee engagement, and is based on feedback from employees at each firm.
A two star status indicates the umbrella company has shown ‘outstanding’ performance in areas such as leadership, training and development, employee wellbeing, employee engagement, pay and benefits and has had a positive impact on society.
Emma Hollindale, Quality and Development Manager said: ‘It’s fantastic for us to be recognised for the second year for being one of the best companies to work for in the UK. It is an important step in fulfilling our organisational aims and it shows that we continue to live Danbro’s values. It is really good to know people feel that they work in a great place and we will continue to make things even better through our steering groups.’
This is just one of several accolades that the Blackpool contractor accountants have received over the past 12 months. 2011 saw Danbro take the titles of ‘Business of the Year’ and ‘Employer of the Year’ at the BIBA’s (Be Inspired Business Awards) and feature in the prestigious Sunday Times Virgin Fast Track 100 list of the UK’s fastest-growing companies for the fourth year in succession.
They are now widely recognised as being one of the country’s premier umbrella companies and have ambitious plans to expand further in 2012.
