Marketing Donut announces Penny Power to answer visitors’ social networking questions.

Marketing Donut is pleased to announce that social networking expert Penny Power has agreed to provide free advice on the small business marketing website. Power, who co-founded the leading business social networking site Ecademy with her husband Thomas, is answering visitors’ questions about using social networking for small business marketing.

“We are all about providing top quality resources to help small business owners and managers with their marketing, and there is a lot of interest in social networking because it’s so cost effective,” says Marketing Donut spokesperson Mick Dickinson. “We’re really pleased to have Penny on board and we’re expecting a great response from small business visitors to the site.”

Founded earlier this year with the backing of Google and Royal Mail, Marketing Donut is a free marketing resource developed especially for small business. The site is rapidly gaining a following among small business owners and managers who like its no-nonsense approach to real business marketing challenges.

“For businesspeople interested to explore social networking as a means to generate business, Marketing Donut has developed some really useful resources that are being added to all the time,” says Dickinson.

As well as social networking, Marketing Donut has advice and information from experts in every aspect of small business sales and marketing, from developing a marketing strategy through to nitty gritty issues like sales techniques and negotiations and implementing a direct marketing campaign.
