Upon competition of Focus on Syndicated Loans, participants gained the knowledge, skills and certification needed to master the terms and processes associated with syndicated loans.
In order to be successful, lenders must be able to understand the different elements of structuring a syndicated loan deal – such as price, and maturity and covenants, as well as the various elements affecting the strategy of syndication, the distribution process and the role of participating banks. Additionally, lenders must fully understand how to calculate the returns/yields earned from a syndicated loan.
