Chez Beaute Salon & Spa, a Folsom, California hair salon and day spa announced that it will host a “Day of Caring” for oncology patients at its East Bidwell Street location featuring food, hair services and spa treatments on October 10, 2010.
Folsom, CA, September 29, 2010 — Chez Beauté Salon & Spa of Folsom, California (http://www.chezbeaute.com) will pamper oncology patients undergoing challenging cancer treatments with a complimentary spa day at the popular and newly re-launched luxury salon and spa at Folsom Square.
At the Day of Caring, on October 10, 2010, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Chez Beauté Salon & Spa staff will offer professional massages, facials, manicures and pedicures, make up applications, scalp treatments, and wig stylings. Also, a nutritionist will be available to educate guests about simple recipes shown to help their bodies during treatment. Guests will be showered with gifts, food and beverages.
“It’s amazing how each and everyone of us knows someone who has been affected by this disease and we all want to offer our help and support,” event organizer Lesa Trujillo said. “By providing a positive, non-clinical environment, surrounded by people who care, we can make a difference.”
The event is also sponsored by the P.F. Chang’s China Bistro on Galleria Blvd in Roseville, California.
