Keller, TX, April 01, 2010 — FTI Group, Inc. announced today the availability of the latest version of its fleet maintenance software, sureFleet version 3.0. sureFleet allows those who are in need of data capture and basic reporting associated with their fleet maintenance to record everything from oil changes to fueling information. It can track maintenance for an unlimited number of trucks, tracks a tremendous amount of truck information and can provide quality reporting with a simple keystroke.
The latest version of sureFleet incorporates new reporting, new tracking methods and a refined user experience. The sureFleet system uses e-mail alerts to notify managers and technicians about upcoming maintenance events based on user defined thresholds. The system now also tracks work performed with outside vendors and allows users to store digital copies of invoices for these work orders. Full export capability to Microsoft Excel is now incorporated into the reporting tools. The system now manages accident reporting, fuel purchasing and even image storage. The standard license allows up to twenty five trucks for a low annual cost of $249 which is pro-rated by calendar year and licenses are available for an unlimited number of vehicles.
