Ghost in the Machine Podcast Welcomes Mur Lafferty and Mark Charan Newton plus new video and a Sneak Peek

Charlotte: Ghost in the Machine podcast, hosted by fantasy author Gail Z. Martin (Chronicles of the Necromancer: The Summoner, The Blood King, Dark Haven), welcomes podcaster-author Mur Lafferty (Playing for Keeps, I Should Be Writing) and author Mark Charan Newton (Nights of Villjamur).

Newton, an editor at Solaris Books, is the author of Nights in Villjamur, a much-touted new release with an edgy, noir style. Newton talks with Gail about the role of death in fantasy fiction and in their own novels.

Mur Lafferty’s Playing for Keeps has gone from podcast to novel with the story of Keepsie Branson and his cohort of supernatural heroes and villains. Gail and Mur talk about podcasting books and what podcast means for authors
