Command line options no longer need to be memorized, and information can be protected as soon as the utility is installed.
The Shell software tool encrypts using asymmetric key pairs, which are generated individually by other users of the software. These public keys can then be exchanged with other users. Carefully exchanging them is important in order to prevent identity spoofing. Another way to protect files is to add cryptographic data signatures to the files so that the sender can be verified and the correspondence cannot be corrupted.
