Fountain Valley, CA, September 30, 2010 — Green Wave, All Green Electronics Recycling and The Green Expo will be sponsoring a Free event that will be educational and Fun for the community of San Diego. All Green Electronic Recycling will be providing a Free E-Waist Drop-Off at the La Jolla Recreation Center, 615 Prospect Street, La Jolla, CA 92037. CSI West will be sponsoring the electrical energy that will power the stage by utilizing clean energy from the Sun. There will be Free Live performances such as Reggae and Blues Music with East of Echo, Subliminal Trip, Anamieke Quinn, Sara McAllister, Statik High ~ Zumba by Ninfa ~ Eco parade lead by The Panamanian Marching Band, Paul Mitchell Salons/Schools providing FREE haircuts and styles, at the event, to support the Gulf crisis by recycling hair to absorb the oil. kids activities & eco education, games like ring toss and much more.

Its A Green Day Festival is a multi-city campaign dedicated to connecting people to resources and information for a greener planet, life with a focus on the dawning era of creativity, and innovation in “green technology” (also known as “clean technology”). The Expos and Festivals are bringing together pioneers dedicated to the promise of a healthier planet, as well as the prospect of growing businesses that promote sustainability.

At the festival there are emerging and obtainable technologies available to purchase that promote solutions to environmental problems, ways to green the world by saving energy, reducing pollution, recycling, healthy living, green home products, educational workshops and eco-businesses.

Live entertainment, raffles, exhibitors, educational workshops, children’s activities and an Eco Parade. The event also features eco awareness to save the Earth, cultural arts, dance, and live music at a concert stage. Its A Green Day Festival in La Jolla, San Diego will be an earth-friendly experience that is thought provoking, inspiring and enjoyable for all.
