Dallas, TX (November 1, 2008) – It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas in Castle Hills! The master-planned Dallas golf community has announced a “Home for the Holidays†buyer incentive program for new homes purchased November 1, 2008, through December 31, 2008.
Buyers can choose holiday bonuses valued from $1,500 to $3,000 including gift cards to Neiman Marcus, Williams-Sonoma, Pottery Barn, Dillard’s and Avalon’s Restaurant. Some of the homebuyer incentives include payment of residential association homeowners’ dues for one year, depending on phase of the community. Buyers who contract on a new home in Castle Hills between November 1, 2008 and December 31, 2008, will receive the Homebuyer Holiday incentive packages upon closing. Packages vary by phase of the community.
