Chennai, TN- March 2011- What do you conceive when you see children on streets or when they beg your pardon on the signals, when you are in your luxurious car? They strive hard for their survival. May be you just rush through life and barely notice it. Probably you just pity them on their pathetic life. The future of these street children who are destitute, abandoned, AIDS affected, mentally retarded and many more looks blurred. Here is an organization who has taken an initiative to bring a difference in their lives.
Thanks to Kaar Technologies Pvt Ltd., their little effort and contribution do make a huge difference to the lives of such children. Their visit to Shelter Home at Kolathur, a home for the destitute HIV affected kids facilitated 25 HIV affected children, morally and emotionally.
“We were able to bring smiles in their faces”, said Anu K, Anita Vizhiarasi, two of the energetic employees who participated in the campaign. Ravi, Gomathi and Hamsapriya, who conducted various activities for the kids said that they were delighted and astonished by the talents of those tiny little tots. Balasubramaniam, Vidhya and Vinod Kumar conducted drawing competition and distributed prizes, sweets and groceries.
While commenting on the initiative, Mr Selvakumaran, Director & COO of Kaar Technologies, said, “We had planned this visit From Kaar Arakattalai (Kaar Trust) as a part of our CSR activity and are very happy about the unforgettable moments with those kids.” He also added that this year they are planning for more such revitalizing camps.
