Kenny Sansom was born on September 26, 1958 in Camberwell, London and he is a retired English footballer. He holds the record number of caps for an England national team full back. Kenny Sansom has not always played for Arsenal as he started his football career with Crystal Palace youth team in 1975 at the age of 16. It was in the summer of 1980 when Kenny Sansom made the big move to Arsenal for £1million. Sansom made his debut for Arsenal in August that year. Kenny Sansom played with Arsenal for 8 years before leaving them in 1988 due to being replaced.
