Furthermore, in its letter of resignation, MaloneBailey suggested that NIVs IntelliMedia had engaged in “illegal acts involving the Company’s accounting records and bank statements.” Due to MaloneBailey’s findings, the Board of Directors has determined that the Company’s annual report for the year ended December 31, 2009 and interim periods for the first three quarters for 2010 should not be relied upon by investors.
