New Bundle of Goodies Includes New Remote Access; 1-Line Riser Diagrams; and Macro Library, Deliver LiteTouch System Programmers Even More Power & Flexibility.

Salt Lake City, UT, August 26, 2010 — Today LiteTouch, a leading manufacturer of lighting control systems, announced that they will demo LiteWare4.1, an update to their proprietary programming software, at the CEDIA Expo September 22 – 26 in Atlanta.

This update includes features designed to enhance the programmer installer, specifier, and the end-user experience as well:

* Supports New LiteTouch Hardware: LiteWare4.1 allows for programming of new hardware that LiteTouch is introducing in September/October, 2010, including New LiteTouch Remote Base Antenna, New Keypad Styles, kORE CCU, enhanced Power Supply Module, and new features incorporated into LiteTouch Metropolitan and Coastal low-voltage keypads.

* New Macro Library: More than 150 LiteTouch Certified Custom Macros will be included in LiteWare4.1. Macros are customer user programs that instruct the LiteTouch system to complete simple to very complex custom actions upon a button press, such as “Open the doggie door” or “Turn this light off automatically 14 minutes after it is turned on.” Because of the LiteTouch FIVEk’s unique open programming platform, any type of programming and integration is possible, and macros are the codes which make these custom functions happen. Installers programming LiteTouch systems are free to use, share, upload for private use and submit for LiteTouch Certified Macro status.

* New Remote Access for System Control: With the new online access feature, LiteTouch system owners can access their FIVEk lighting control system allowing users to activate any button of any LiteTouch keypad in their home; get the status of any lighting load; remotely adjust light levels; and activate other integrated automation systems.

* New One-Line Riser Diagrams: New LiteWare4.1 now generates one-line riser diagrams for each system entered into the software to aid in planning and installation. One-line riser diagrams are simple but comprehensive system layout documents. This new feature is a time-saving and efficiency tool for LiteTouch dealers and specifiers.

* New Two-Way Drivers: LiteTouch lighting control system is easily integrated with other popular home systems. LiteTouch is now partnered with Control4, Savant and RTI.

LiteWare4.1 will be available for download September 1, 2010 at the company web site LiteTouch.com
