Louisville, KY – Education is a big part of the Louisville Dryer Vent Installation Wizard’s services. The Wizard specializes in dryer vent installation and maintenance for homeowners and business owners in the Louisville area, while providing valuable information about dryer fire prevention.
Though failure to clean dryer vents is the number one cause of dryer fires, poorly installed dryer vent systems can also be hazardous. When dryer vents are clogged by lint or improperly installed they can lead to problems caused by air flow restriction.
This is why the Louisville Dryer Vent Installation Wizard is happy to educate his customers while he points out potential problems with their dryer vent system. The Wizard performs a complete inspection and provides a solution to dryer venting problems. The Wizard is also passionate about educating children.
Keith O’Loane, owner of Dryer Vent Wizard of Kentuckiana recently joined efforts with North Oldham Middle School to sponsor the Newspaper in Education program. The program, supported by the Courier-Journal, provides teachers and students daily access to the most up-to-date information on scientific discoveries, economic developments and many other areas through classroom newspaper subscriptions.
Children of all ages can benefit from the program, from kindergarteners developing reading readiness skills, to high school students exploring the stock market. The newspaper is a dynamic tool connecting the classroom to the real world.
Keith O’Loane is sponsoring the program for students at the North Oldham Middle School. He encourages anyone who is interested in sponsoring a school to call rose Sanders at 502-582-4885 or email her at [email protected]
Keith is also reminding consumers to have their dryer vent system inspected to be sure it is working safely and efficiently. Poorly vented clothes dryers cost substantially more money to operate and often lead to fires.
