Coral Springs, FL, September 04, 2009 — Marketlinkx Direct Inc. announced today the expansion of its executive operations team with the addition of Victor Butera as Vice President of Operations. In this position, Mr. Butera will be responsible for directing the daily operations and management of the contact center facilities for the company.
Prior to joining Marketlinkx Direct, Mr. Butera served as Director of Call Center Operations at Wyndham Vacation Ownership, a division of Wyndham Worldwide, where he held multiple management positions while working with TeleTech Holdings, a global outsourcing leader. During Mr. Butera’s contact center career, he successfully partnered with and serviced many leading Fortune 1000 companies and has a proven record of improving client campaign results as well as proficiency in contact center management, eCommerce, direct response marketing, and product development.
