Mindfire Solutions attends Microsoft Tech Ed India 2011

04/06/2011, India: Mindfire Solutions sponsors 16 of its people to the Microsoft Tech ED India conference held in Bangalore from 23rd March to 25thMarch 2011. It is the largest technology event for tech professionals looking forward to learn, connect and explore current as well as forthcoming Microsoft technologies, tools, platforms and services.

Employees from both the development centers of Mindfire (Bhubaneswar & New Delhi) participated in this mega IT event. It was a 3 day event which focused on technical education, product evaluation and interacting with the Microsoft community. Microsoft Tech ED 2011 included keynotes delivered by eminent Microsoft Executives, Breakout Sessions, Hands-on-Labs, Instructor-led Labs, Product Team Tents, Free Microsoft Certification, Community Programs, Solution Expo, and opportunities for networking & interacting with Microsoft experts. The developers were very happy to attend the conference and some of them shared their experiences with us. Premenanda Das, SharePoint developer at Mindfire is still in an exhilarated mood. “I will always cherish those 3 days in Bangalore. It was a learning experience and provided a lot of insight in SharePoint and other upcoming technologies from Microsoft. I had the wonderful opportunity to be a part of some very interesting sessions. These were: Upgrading from MOSS 2007 to SharePoint 2010, Backup & restore for SharePoint 2010, Deploying FAST search for SharePoint, to name a few. And being a SharePoint developer, I feel blessed to be a part of this mega event”. Aditya Narayan Acharya an ASP.Net developer from Bhubaneswar center also shared his happy memories. “It was an enriching experience and I am glad to be a part of the premier technology conference conducted by Microsoft. It provided me an opportunity to learn and connect with other IT professional & Microsoft experts. I attended informative sessions like ASP.Net Web forms, Improving Web Application Performance using native output caching in IIS 7, Core .Net enhancements, Lap around Silverlight 5 & comparative with HTML5”. The event also showcased various other informative sessions like understanding SQL Server Behavioral pattern, SQL Server consolidation, Identify & Access control in the Cloud, jQuery and AJAX control toolkit, unlocking JavaScript opportunities with Internet Explorer 9, SQL & Windows Azure.
