Modi Tyres drives on Impel CRM

Modi Tyres, a part of the Modi Group, has implemented Impel CRM to increase the productivity of their sales team. The Modi Tyres sales team is using Impel CRM to track dealer interactions, activities and meetings. With the Impel CRM implementation, Modi Tyres management can track dealer-level sales of not only their own brands, but also competitor sales information. Going forward, sales managers will use Impel’s Monthly Sales Activity planning functions to ensure that sales people are working pro-actively with dealers, fleet owners and C&F agents.
“We wanted a system that was easy to use, quick to implement and had Indian pricing, said Mr. Alok Modi, CEO Modi Tyres. The basic system was rolled out to our pan-India sales team within 2 days of our signing up for Impel CRM. Some configuration and customization that we needed was rolled out within a week, he added. It’s been a great experience and we are now looking at rolling out Impel for our other group companies”, he said.
