The partnership with VMware serves to optimize the protection of virtual systems and virtual environments with the complete range of NovaBACKUP products.
Virtualization lowers IT-costs and enables a more efficient use of resources. Administering virtualization, however, differs from traditional IT-management. The challenge also applies to backup software. Protecting virtual systems requires different functions and strategies than backing up data from a physical system.
NovaStor plans to use the partnership with WMware to further exploit the potential of its data protection software products for protecting virtual environments running VMware.
