What is the benefit : online shops are open 24 hours / 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The customer does not need to drive to the possibly distant retailer and saves time and money. We are often delivered by the factory twice a day, the parts go quickly to the customers all over europe.
The concept was developed by the tradesman and mechanic master Andreas Hoevel, active since 30 years in motor trading. Through his many years of exports of spare parts, he knows the different distribution channels for original equipment of many manufacturers in many countries. Hoevel realized that original spare parts are offered in Germany for garages in the metropolitan areas, but not for private persons and not in rural areas. In conversation with experts from the automotive industry, he was confirmed in his opinion, and had then decided to open first for BMW cars and motorcycles two shops under www.online-teile.com/bmw and www.online-teile.com/bmwmc . The shops started very successful so he could quickly find further partners for Mercedes www.online-teile.com/mb ,Volkswagen www.online-teile.com/vw ,Skoda www.online-teile.com/skoda and Peugeot www.online-parts.com/peugeot and soon MINI www.online-teile.com/mini .
The experience of the first year shows that the shop’s customers are primarily interested private people who serve their own vehicles, repair and tune. This not only for classic but also current vehicles. This is a big group of customers, you can see on the Internet, when walking through the various forums and club sides. Then the shops are used by garages where it is often not possible in the daily business to drive to the next dealer, order the parts, come back again and pick them up.
The concept shows success, the turnover has increased enormously and continuously. The initial problems are solved, the organization works and and we now want to be known as the first original spare parts online shop.
