We begin with a personal meeting with each member of the client’s hiring team to get a thorough understanding of the assignment. The discovery phase decides the plan for the identification of the right candidates. The next step in Optimum’s unique process is the development of a white paper to consolidate their understanding of the positions to be filled. This search process white paper is a blueprint that defines the clients’ requirements and how they will be fulfilled.

After the white paper is approved, Optimum presents a list of target companies and industries to the client who reviews it and modifies it if necessary. Once approved, Optimum gets started with the search for the best candidates, providing the client with regular updates. When candidates are personally interviewed, a complete report is provided to the client.

Says Zetter, “Within three weeks of the search we zero down on three to five candidates. After the client approves of them, we meet them personally to assess their suitability for the position. We send the client a written assessment report at this point. We also help our clients with the final interview if they wish.”

When the client makes an offer to a candidate, Optimum also arranges the reference checks and helps the client prepare a suitable offer to the successful candidates completing the process.
