Frankfurt, 20. September 2010 – Gunther R. Deutsch, founder and owner of Metis Asset Management GmbH has launched PAMERA Real Estate Group, in association with Christoph Wittkop and additional partners. Operating nationwide across Germany, PAMERA Real Estate Group comprises three complementary, owner-managed companies acting under a single umbrella: PAMERA Asset Management GmbH, PAMERA Development GmbH and PAMERA Real Estate Partners GmbH.
PAMERA Group has offices in Frankfurt, Hamburg, Mülheim Ruhr, Munich and Fort Lauderdale (USA). The inter-disciplinary collaboration between the various companies in the group is expected to create synergies, while the local and entrepreneurial management of each company facilitates a clear focus on its core business and its clients.
PAMERA Asset Management GmbH provides institutional investors and banks with transaction-oriented asset management for commercial property and property portfolios. PAMERA Asset Management particularly specialises in properties in need of refurbishment and vacancy problems. The directors are Christoph Wittkop, who also acts as the Group spokesman, Lars Borghaus, Gunther R. Deutsch and Maximilian Isenberg. Gunther R. Deutsch is incorporating the Metis Asset Management GmbH business into PAMERA.
PAMERA Development GmbH is responsible for the Group’s project management activities and developing bespoke concepts for existing properties and new projects. The business specialises in the complete refurbishment of existing buildings in order to reposition them in the market. Peter Marquardt and Christoph Wittkop will head up PAMERA Development operations.
PAMERA Real Estate Partners GmbH is an investment and consultancy business specialising in building up and managing real estate assets as well as the structuring of real estate products for family offices, trusts and high-net-worth private investors in Germany and the USA. The managing partners are Christoph Zapp and Marc Tetzner.
The launch of PAMERA Real Estate Group sees the creation of a new, integrated and independent real estate service provider.
