Perfect PDF 6 Office converts Microsoft Office files and documents (Word, Excel and PowerPoint files, Outlook objects) into PDF, including the metadata contained in these files and objects.
Perfect PDF 6 Office is an extension program for Microsoft Office. The application may be used if at least one of the following programs is installed: Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Outlook. The key feature of Perfect PDF 6 Office is the conversion of Microsoft Office files and objects into PDF documents, while metadata like links, the table of contents (TOC), bookmarks, forms and controls, comments and the index may be imported into the PDF as well.
The application converts more types of meta data and has more conversion settings available than the standard conversion feature of Microsoft Office. Additionally, the program includes a PDF viewer that can display, print and sign PDF files. Perfect PDF 6 Office allows users to restructure PDFs (add, move, remove, resize and rotate pages) and to design them by adding objects from galleries of backgrounds, stamps and water marks. In addition, the program generates PDF files from text or images files and from scanned content.
