PK4 chosen as Top 50 Emerging Company in NASSCOM’s Emerge 50 2009.

Bangalore-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) CRM company,
PK4 Software Technologies, today announced that it had been selected as one of the finalists in
NASSCOM’s Emerge 50 for 2009. NASSCOM is India’s National Association of Software and Service
Companies, the premier trade body for the software and service industry in India with over 1100
members. The Emerge 50 is a platform for emerging companies to showcase their unique value
proposition and create a distinct niche for themselves.
PK4 competed in the EMERGEOUT Products and Markets categories. The EMERGEOUT Products
category looked for companies that had looked at online opportunities in their specific segments
and the ability of the company to adapt to the market. The EMERGEOUT Market category looked
for companies that had chosen non-traditional (other than US/UK) markets to promote their
products. Impel CRM’s specific adaptations to the Indian domestic market , it’s SaaS delivery model
and it’s completely online approach to marketing, sales and training enabled PK4 to be chosen in
the Emerge 50.
PK4 CEO Narasimhan (Kishore) Mandyam said that it was an honour to be chosen as a finalist in
the EMERGE Top 50. “People have been skeptical about a SaaS CRM solution being successful in
India and about our “online-only” marketing and sales strategy. Fortunately we’ve been able to
drive both traffic and sales online. The recognition by NASSCOM is a vindication of our efforts”, he
added.

would be nurtured and mentored by a NASSCOM panel to take them to the next level of growth
