The site adds an angle of humor to create awareness about the miscreants of the society.
One can post Scam report or fraud report against a mechanic, lawyer, accountant, waiter, or anyone. In fact, one can report about a scamming organization like an insurance company, bank, hotel, etc. spreading word about these wrong doers of the society is the best way to get back to them. Many people waste numerous days and plenty of money on small claim courts and lawyers. Now Rats Desk allows people to post anonymously about these “Rats” for free. The intension of the site is to make everyone aware of the miscreants so that no one can be cheated.
The creators of the website believe that there are many people to post their grievances and complaints to create pressure on the wrong doing person or business. Adding a post in the website is easy. One just needs to register with the website for free and then he/she can post scam or fraud report.
The site also runs a rating system on the complaints. If one complaint is registered against a business or person, then it is rated with an icon of a single rat. In this way, two rats rating means two complaints and so on up to five rats rating for five or more complaints.
